1. Introduction

- Maintenance Contracts
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate information
- No unauthorized access
- No malicious uploads
- No reverse engineering
- Pay invoices on time
6. Payments, Fees & Billing
- All payments upfront unless agreed
- SaaS Subscriptions
- No refunds after work begins
- VAT may apply
7. Intellectual Property
- QaRi-Techs owns code, designs, frameworks
- Client owns final website/app UI after payment
- No reselling, cloning, or reverse engineering
8. Service Delivery Terms
- Timelines are estimates
- Scope changes cost extra
- Client delays not our responsibility
9. SaaS Platform Terms
- Provider must submit legal info
- Customer must provide accurate booking details
- QaRi-Techs acts as GDPR Processor
10. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect losses
- No guarantees for ranking, revenue, or performance
- Max liability = 12 months paid to QaRi-Techs
11. Warranty Disclaimer
- Services provided “AS IS”
- No guarantee of error-free performance
- No guaranteed SEO results
12. Termination
- We may suspend users violating terms
- Clients may terminate with 30 days notice
13. Confidentiality
- Both parties must protect shared information
- NDAs apply if signed
14. Data Protection
- Processed under GDPR & Austrian DSG
- Zero-Trust Security Model used
- Full privacy policy available separately
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for events beyond control: outages, attacks, disasters, war, etc.
16. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
17. Governing Law
Governed by Austrian Law. Jurisdiction: Salzburg, Austria.
